Tee Time Sign Up and Cancellations

 

Our club is growing, and tee times for BPWGC sweeps are increasingly popular. The golf course is also attracting more players, frequently with public players lined up at the Pro Shop on Thursday mornings waiting for any openings. To prevent outside play during our Sweeps games and Tournaments, we must be more vigilant with our tee time cancellations.

All tee time sign ups and cancellations are handled through Golf Genius. Sweeps tee times will now be first posted at 7 pm on the Thursday two weeks before the Sweeps game. For instance, tee times for March 12 will be available at 7 pm on February 26. 

 

Additionally, players will no longer receive a tee sheet reminder but will continue to receive a Player Tip Sheet the day before the round.

 

Tournament tee times will be announced by the Tournament Director.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your tee time, please do so as early as possible. This allows us to fill any open slots with BPWGC members and their guests.

 

To ensure the Sweeps Director can consolidate the tee sheet and prevent outside play, please cancel through Golf Genius by 6 pm on the Monday before the game. The final tee sheet will then be submitted to the Pro Shop on Wednesday morning.

 

Please note that you must cancel yourself and cannot replace yourself with another person.

 

Our Club President will maintain a record of late cancellations after 6 pm on Mondays and no shows on Thursdays and issue a warning for the first 3 occurrences (strikes). A fourth strike will result in the loss of the privilege to use Golf Genius to sign up for a tee time and a one-month ban from any rounds.
